Individual Career Services FAQs
What are the costs of your services?
Our core programs start at $1595 for our basic services. In each program we try to customize the career services to meet the needs of the individual so the costs may vary for each individual. Individual considerations for these services that must be factored in are: time, confidentiality, local/regional/national/international, advocacy levels, research and distribution. Career services programs involve work that can take anywhere from 30 – 180 days and beyond, depending on the needs. We estimate the effort it will take to help facilitate your search in a customized way based on your needs as an individual. At the full service level the products and services we offer may start at $4500 and up. We do on occasion create programs based on a la carte items that we believe would work best for your career needs, so that we can factor in budget limitations and other issues.
How are the Service Paid For?
To retain CareerPro Inc you should expect to pay for services up front in full. We can work with you on an individual basis. We except all major credit cards which can be paid over the phone or through our online payment center:

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Cash in USD or checks are also welcome. Visit our Payment Policy page for more information. We are PCI Compliant and take secure online payments.
Do you Handle Confidential Career Searches?
Yes. Some career searches that we specialize in occur because a client hires us who is looking for a job while currently employed. We are very sensitive about the needs of executive clients who need confidential consideration during their career search, to avoid jeopardizing their current position. Clients must make the decision as we advice and help them network how much exposure they would like to have through social media or other public platforms.
How do you measure success in your program?
Our goal is to put you in a better position to transition and to help you build your brand. Ultimately it is the responsibility of you as the client to take as much ownership of your career search as possible. CareerPro Inc facilitates, advocates, encourages and coaches each individual through this process. We try to help clients find their next worklife mission not just a job. Are you happy in your next role? Are you fitting in to the culture and feel like you are in your worklife misssion? We measure success this way. We also realize that we cannot guarantee x amount of income or x amount of interviews. We can guarantee that we will do what we say we will do and work with you to achieve your career success. We have clients who now refer their children to us today that were not even born when we first helped them. We have returning clients every month from 5, 10, 15 and more years ago. Who is a good candidate for your services?
Ideally we work with executives with a proven track record and high integrity but who need confidential assistance in their career search. However, over the last 20 years we have a strong reputation for helping clients of all backgrounds, including: moms returning to the workforce, crisis situations, major career gaps, unusual and difficult searches and young professionals new the workforce. Although our main clientele have established annual career paths of $100k+, our goal is to help those of any age, background, experience or career level.
Will you work with me if I only need select services from your programs such as resume writing?
Yes, that is a possibility. We offer a short, complimentary and confidential consultation before any services are considered. On some occasions we feel that clients may not need our more extensive program, but on all occasions we feel you should at least have our professional opinion on what services you may need. If you are a good fit then we will work with you at any level.
What is the difference between CareerPro Inc and other career services?
In the 20+ years that we have delivered career services, we have focused on providing customized and clear direction to those seeking employment. Our clients report that they receive a combination of comprehensive help, encouragement, advice, networking and complimentary products when they engage with us. They also feel that the process we use to coach them through these difficult times of transition builds a rapport and relationship that can and has last a career lifetime. Can CareerPro Inc help me if I live outside of North Carolina?
Yes. We have helped many, many career professionals in multiple international companies and right back home to the many people we have helped in North Carolina. Some of our clients we have never met in person, but we believe our principles and career process is sound and applicable, where ever you live. We also network within our professional associations with many career professionals and recruiters who live and work around the world. If we can not answer a question or need to refer you to a local assistance, we have a powerful global network available.
As boutique firm how can you help so many people and have this much expertise?
One of the unique things that we offer is access to our network. Our clients report that this may be one of the most valuable parts of our service. Over 20 years we have built relationship after relationship. Our clients and successful transitioners have built relationship after relationship as well. Those relationship are invaluable and can not be sold as a commodity. We do effectively use those relationships to help clients to link to, as needed, professionals who are experts in: assessments, special circumstance resume writing, behavioral interviewing coaches, industry specific subject matter experts, executive coaches, and individual industry experts.
