This session will teach how to overcome your limitations within career and personal life. I will demonstrate and inspire you to not let some people get in way of your goals and objectives in life. Additionally, I will discuss my real world corporate America experiences within this session. How I overcame roadblocks and career learning curves that bosses perceived I had. I will explained techniques that helped me to strive to manage my own career instead of pass bosses dictating what I should do with my career. I will give you techniques on how not to get trap in job positions for a long periods of time. Listen up. We are going to learn and have some fun.
Lemuel Jones is a motivational speaker and trainer, helping individuals and organizations empower teams and employees to surpass their limits. Lem presents multiple leadership presentations and workshops for variety of organizations, including schools, non-profits, for profit small business and companies.
Lemuel grew up in Midland, MI and earned his undergraduate degree in Bachelor in Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. Mr. Jones holds a Master’s in Business Administration in International business & Accounting from Webster University. In addition he possesses 20 years of corporate experience in various fields of operation. He excelled in many corporate positions in Corporate America: Systems Engineer Management, SAP Analyst, Sr. Oracle Techno-Functional Analyst, Oracle ERP Analyst, Data Compliance Manager and Chief Financial Officer. Lem worked for Fortune 500 companies: Wal-Mart Transportation Division, Wal-Mart Information Systems Divisions, Electrolux Major Appliances and XPO Logistics.
In addition to his speaking demands, Lem serves his clients as a successful business owner, operating his own real estate business and accounting firm. In his free time he like to enjoy his children, lovely wife and travel around to visit family.
Also very currently, he has become well known to make goofy faces to his 1 year old son and sometimes others during times of stress.
