Rachel comes from a successful twenty-three year career in the hospitality and event planning industry. She is considered a “top producer” with strong sales and management experience.
During her career, Rachel rebranded two hotels to improve market share and as a Regional Director managed thirteen markets including cities in: California, Ohio, Michigan, Utah, New Mexico and North Carolina. She regularly works with multi-million dollar budgets.

Rachel owned two part-time businesses over the course of her hospitality career: one a vending model and the other a web-based model. Rachel also founded a women’s networking group called “Women in the Workforce.” Rachel’s core strength is cultivating and developing people. Her ability to identify a person’s strengths and opportunities; and her willingness to train and coach has enabled her clients to grow both personally and professionally. Rachel’s people first focus is one of her many assets as well as her willingness to use her wide-ranging entrepreneurial network to help her clients find their true passion.
