Lauren coaches executive-level directors, entrepreneurs, and other business leaders on the connection between their top talents and leadership style. She also facilitates team development sessions as an employee engagement strategy within companies. Lauren is a dynamic professional speaker who speaks on the topics of employee engagement, defying well-roundedness, and millennials in the workplace

He is married to his wife Cynthia for 20 years and they have four grown children and four grandchildren. He is a former business owner, corporate executive and an ordained minister of twenty years. Mr. Stephens’ passion for public speaking has been longstanding, as he has lent his voice to eager ears for over twenty-five years. He has won numerous awards for his much loved presentations. In 2015, Mr. Stephens formed a motivational speaking business called “Raisin’ the Rufe Communications”. His empowering presentations are always intended to energize the listener toward personal appreciation and active accomplishment. Listed among his appreciative audiences are the DePaul Alumni Association, United States Department of Energy, DePaul University Alumni Association, Kiwanis International, the Georgia House of Representatives, the National Hookup of Black Women and Savannah State University.
